Please note that NetSuite has flagged they will deprecate the Undelivered Emails page. At this time no target date has been determined for the scheduled deprecation.

NetSuite intends replacing the Undelivered Emails page and saved search with new tools, for example, like the Sent Email List and saved search. However, there is some functionality currently available in Undelivered Emails that has not yet been replicated in the Sent Email feature.

For the time being the Undelivered Emails page and saved search and the Sent Email List features will continue to coexist in your NetSuite account. Even though the Undelivered Emails page and saved search will remain available, if possible, we encourage you to transition your existing searches to use the Sent Email List.

What is Changing?

The Undelivered Emails page and saved search will not be deprecated on the schedule previously communicated.

  • You will continue to have access to the Undelivered Emails page and saved search in your NetSuite account.
  • Earlier notifications stated that:
    • No new data would be populated to the Undelivered Emails saved search as of the end of May 2020.
      Change: We will continue to populate the Undelivered Emails with data until further notice.
    • The removal of the Undelivered Emails page and saved search functionality was targeted for an e-fix in September 2020.
      Change: The data for the Undelivered Emails page and saved search will continue to be accessible until further notice.

Recommended Actions

If you have created your own Undelivered Emails Search, you should explore creating an equivalent search using Sent Email List search.
