What is changing?
Starting December 12, 2019, you will no longer be able to download OFX and QFX files from your NetSuite account.
Liberate I.T. are excited to announce Visualise 360 – a Liberate-created product that inserts a new tab in your supplier, customer and item records, giving you a 360 degree view of activity.
NetSuite have advised that Standard and Advanced promotions are being superseded by SuitePromotions.
Organisations today demand financial management solutions that are flexible enough to accommodate dynamically changing business needs. NetSuite ERP enables them to manage IT costs, optimize accounting efficiency, streamline order management and procurement processes, eliminate manually-intensive spreadsheet-based reporting, and improve employee productivity.
The Navigation Portlet helps users simplify navigation to frequently used records or pages in NetSuite. Using the portlet, shortcuts can be created to the pages visited frequently and can also be organized into groups and categories. These links are displayed on a user’s dashboard, meaning the user no longer has to comb through NetSuite menus. The navigation portlet is an easy way to enhance your dashboard and increase your efficiency in NetSuite.
It is sometimes difficult to get staff buy-in to ERP systems for two main reasons: Employees may balk at learning new software and processes, and be reluctant to replace their favourite stand-alone applications. But, the pain of the transformation process is worth it compared to the frustration and wastage of time in many organizations where employees (unhappily) put up with an all-too-common common workplace challenge: App overload, a problem smart ERPs like NetSuite are designed to solve.
We love it when our customers have all the information they need to succeed. In fact, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide such information. Which is why we were delighted to learn that NetSuite have made an extensive library of user guides available for download.
