Most people utilise shortcuts in NetSuite but there is also another menu item that can be personalised for ease of navigation. The ‘Add New’ list to the right of the global search bar is a quick way to create new records. This list can be personalised to show the records that are most relevant to the user – whether it’s calls and opportunities for the sales rep, suppliers and bills for the payables clerk, or journals and fixed assets for the account. This list can also include custom records and can be sorted in any order desired.
