From June 30th 2019 the NetSuite for Outlook SuiteApp will no longer be supported.

If you have this installed in your implementation of NetSuite then you will still be able to continue using it, however there will be no further updates or issue fixes. Any existing critical issues (U1-U3) will be addressed up until June 30th 2019, however at that point all issues with a lower severity level will be closed.

Please note: all your data synced with the NetSuite for Outlook SuiteApp will continue to be available without any interruption.

What You Can Do

If you are using this SuiteApp within your NetSuite implementation, then it is recommended you switch to one of these third party alternative solutions to synchronise emails and calendar events between Outlook and NetSuite.
